【摘要】:IScopeThispartofEN474specifiesthegeneralsafetyrequirementsforearth-movingmachinery1)describedinENISO6165:2006,exceptrollersandhorizontaldirectionaldrill.NOTE1RollersarecoveredbyEN500.NOTE2HorizontaldirectionaldrillarecoveredbyEN791.Thispartalsoappliestoderivativemachinery(see3.1.2)designedprimarilyforusewithequipmenttoloosen,pick-up,move,transport,distributeandgradeearthandrock.Thispartgivesthecommonsafetyrequirementsforearth-movingmachineryfamiliesandisintendedtobeusedinconjunctionwithoneoftheEN474parts2to12.Thesemachinespecificparts(EN474-2to-12)donotrepeattherequirementsfromEN474-1,butaddorreplacetherequirementsforthefamilyinquestion.NOTE3Therequirementsspecifiedinthispartofthestandardarecommontotwoormorefamiliesofearth-movingmachinery.SpecificrequirementsinEN474parts2to12takeprecedenceovertherespectiverequirementsofEN474-1.Formultipurposemachinerythepartsofthestandardthatcoverthespecificfunctionsandapplicationshavetobeusede.g.acompactloaderalsousedasatrenchershallusetherelevantrequirementsofEN474parts1,3and10.Thestandardalsocoversgeneralrequirementsforattachmentsintendedtobeusedwithearthmovingmachinefamiliescoveredinthescope.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotdealwiththeelectricalhazardsrelatedtothemaincircuitsanddrivesofmachinerywhentheprincipalsourceofenergyiselectrical.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttoearth-movingmachinery,whenusedasintendedandunderconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4).ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreducerisksarisingfromthesignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsduringcommissioning,operationandmaintenanceofearth-movingmachinery.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletoearthmovingmachines,whicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandardbyCEN.
